According to the assembly of many components require comprehensive and precise tightening according to spec. Therefore, it is necessary to use the servo motor system to assemble the work piece instead of an unstable wind system. Tightening machine using Servo motor, in addition to giving the correct and accurate torque values, it can also work with multiple spindles simultaneously, and keep the assembly tightening torque values for considering to be completed job (good job) or a bad job. We can design Tightening machine according to customers’ needs in both automatic and semi-automatic. For automatic system, work pieces are moved into the machine and the bolt or nut is fed into the work pieces automatically. For semi-automatic system, the customer will prepare screws and tightening before the machine will tighten them to obtain the Torque value according to the spec.

The filling machine that is fully automated work with the barcode reader to read the work piece’s code. In addition there is pokayoke system to detect and protect errors for choosing the liquid type, volume to fill and also keep the data for tracking. Leakage test machine is designed and manufactured to detect leakage of work piece or inside of work piece, which can be used both air and water. Use both pressure detection system and visual leakage observation. If it is a pressure monitoring system, the machine will show information through the display screen and records for traceability. Defective pieces are marked and separated. The parts that passed the test will then be put into the production process.

Press machine is a machine used for compress the work piece together. We design it to be easy to use and meet the highest demands of our customers. Press machines are available in four types: Hydraulic press machine, Air hydro press machine, Air press machine, Servo press machine. There are vary features in each type. Hydraulic press is a press system for heavy duty applications requiring high and constant pressures. Normally cannot control adjustable force and range of press, but can be done by adding equipment. Air hydro press is a press system that mixes between wind and oil. It has the advantage of keeping the pressures constant and clean, but the pressures are not as high as the hydraulic press. Normally cannot control adjustable force and range of press like hydraulic press, but can be done by adding a device. Air press is a press system using wind. The advantage is that the price is not high and clean, but it can not provide high pressures due to the collapse of the wind. The pressures are unstable. And normally cannot control adjustable force and range of press like hydraulic press, but can be done by adding equipment. Servo press is a press system that uses electricity so it is clean. The servo press provides high force resolution and high pressures. Moreover can control distance and pressure as needed. Suitable for works that require force resolution, adjustable pressure and ranges frequently.

Gauge เป็นเครื่องมือวัดประเภทใช้ตรวจสอบขนาดของชิ้นส่วน (Work piece) ที่ให้ความสะดวกและรวดเร็วในการวัด เพราะขนาดต่างๆ ของชิ้นส่วนได้ถูกกำหนดไว้บน Gauge แล้ว จึงเป็นที่นิยมใช้ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมกันอย่างแพร่หลาย Gauge มีหลายชนิด แต่ละชนิดมีลักษณะ รูปร่างที่แตกต่างกันตามลักษณะของการใช้งาน Gauge ที่ใช้ตรวจสอบงานในการผลิตนี้จะต้องคำนึงถึงการผลิตชิ้นงานออกมาจริง ซึ่งชิ้นงานจริงนี้จะมีค่าผิดพลาดในการผลิต ชิ้นงานจะมีขนาดโตสุดและเล็กสุดที่อยู่ในช่วงขอบเขตที่อนุญาตให้มีได้ในการผลิตชิ้นงาน เกจจึงเป็นเครื่องมือที่จำเป็นที่ใช้เพื่อการตรวจสอบ โดยปกติจะทำสองขนาด คือ ขนาดโตสุดและเล็กสุดเพื่อ บังคับงานให้อยู่ในขอบเขตที่กำหนด (Tolerance)
